• Automotive & Claim Data: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), license plate numbers, accident damage photographs, video walkthroughs, repair estimates, insurer claim reference numbers, and historical maintenance records uploaded for AI processing.
• Procurement & Transaction Records: Request for Quotation (RFQ) broadcasts, supplier pricing bids, part numbers (OEM and Aftermarket), delivery telemetry, and digital invoice audit trails.
• Technical & Platform Telemetry: IP addresses, API access tokens, browser types, device identifiers, login timestamps, and system usage logs generated when interacting with our cloud infrastructure.

PARTS HUB operates as a collaborative B2B conduit. We disclose specific data strictly on a need-to-know basis within the ecosystem:

When an insurer initiates a claim, relevant vehicle and damage details are transmitted to the assigned repair workshop. When a workshop broadcasts an RFQ, anonymized vehicle requirements are shared with participating parts distributors. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or corporate contact information to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ enterprise-grade cybersecurity measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and Zero Trust network architecture. All data transmitted between your servers and PARTS HUB is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest—including claim files and pricing catalogs—is encrypted using AES-256 within secure cloud servers located in the United Arab Emirates. Access is restricted via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

5. Your Legal Rights Under UAE PDPL

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), authorized users and corporate partners have the right to request access to their stored data, demand correction of inaccurate records, request data erasure (subject to mandatory insurance retention laws), and export transaction logs in a machine-readable format.
